We want you to love every product you receive from The Maple Shop. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at themapleshoplp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within

7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We will send a

replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and

process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original

payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened food items or

perishables unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Gift Orders

If you received a gift from The Maple Shop and something isn't right, please reach

out to us directly and we'll do our best to help.
