Our Story

The Maple Shop is a small, family-run maple store in Lake Placid, New York. It started with Marcy and her daughter Lily, a shared love for the Adirondacks, and a lot of maple syrup.

We grew up around the cozy traditions that make this region feel like home — pancake breakfasts on cold mornings, jars of syrup lined up on the counter, and neighbors who still tap their own trees. When we opened the shop on Main Street, we wanted to share that feeling with everyone who walked through the door.

We work with trusted local producers like Parker Family Maple Farm to bring you real Adirondack maple syrup, along with our favorite maple candies, popcorn, nuts, and pantry items. Every product on our shelves is something we love and use in our own kitchen.

Whether you've visited us on Main Street or you're shopping from home, we want you to feel like you're getting a little piece of the Adirondacks. We're usually behind the counter, talking maple and helping people find the perfect gift.
